1. How much will a canopy cost?
A canopy will vary in price dependant on the width, depth, colour, roofing material and opting for any extras. We carry out a free quotation for all projects to give you an initial idea of the cost.
2. What are the options?
Our canopies and verandas are all made from aluminium, ensuring high quality and sturdiness during all weather conditions. They can be customised with the different roofing options we have available. We offer multiple options, including 6mm & 8mm toughened glass, 6mm self cleaning glass or 6mm, 16mm & 35mm polycarbonate roofing. Learn more about our roofing options here! We are also able to manufacture our canopies and verandas in any colour. As standard, we manufacture in White and Anthricite Grey. Outside of the standard colours, we can match any RAL colour, meaning whatever your vision, we can make it come to life!
3. Will I need planning permission?
The vast majority of the time, planning permission will not be required for the installation of a canopy or veranda as it simply covers an area rather than being an additional room. It is only likely that it will be required should the structure you are building is larger than half of the size of your home. You can check if you will need permission on gov.uk.
4. Are there any restrictions?
Our experienced team are able to design and manufacture a canopy to suit any space. We are able to install our structures to the entire rear, side or front of your home.
5. Will a canopy increase my property value?
A canopy or veranda carries no guarantees of adding value to your home, however will be sure to turn heads for those buyers who love enjoying the outdoors. Canopies are a great addition to your garden or patio area, adding more functionality to sit out through the year and enjoy the outdoors. Should you choose to sell, it may be a favourable investment to attract more interest.
6. How long does it take to install?
